This role is primarily inside sales and business development. Digital Marketing Account Manager

(SEO) and paid search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads)

Experience: Mid Level Digital Marketing Account Manager We are seeking a well-rounded strategic marketing leader with experience across organic SEO, paid search, and paid social disciplines for our Digital Marketing Account Manager position. This individual will be responsible for managing customer relationships and working as an intermediary between our SEO & paid media team and our customers, and also working to drive new sales to the business. Additionally, this candidate serves as the strategic counselor to C-level clients, as well as being the point of escalation for the client team, and holds ultimate accountability for the health of the client relationship. A successful candidate will be a perpetual student of our clients’ industries, possess a deep understanding of each client’s business and objectives, understand competitors, key drivers, and environment, relentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s business, and always look for ways to develop and strengthen relationships within the client organization and agency partners. A strong candidate will have impeccable presentation skills as well as an innate ability to connect the dots and inspire key stakeholders with the big picture opportunity. This position is currently remote, but an ideal candidate will live in San Diego once we are able to return to the office. The Digital Marketing Account Manager is responsible for the following: Responsibilities: Manage dedicated accounts for Titan Growth Constantly work to build trust and evolve these relationships at all levels Identify opportunities and develop plans to expand existing account opportunities Support the leadership team and drive sales pipeline by contributing to new business pitches Oversee multiple projects at the same time, keeping our service teams as stress-free as possible, all while maintaining a tight focus on creating an outstanding experience for our clients Work proactively, not just reactively Be agile and adaptable Manage client expectations and objections while maintaining a high retention rate Lead client strategy meetings and contribute to discussions Manage a relationship with the client and all stakeholders regarding SEO campaigns, results, expectations, issues, and reports Staying on top of developments in SEO and paid media Being an advocate for our clients’ success Requirements: 2 – 3 years’ experience managing accounts/clients in a digital marketing space (preferably at an agency) Proven ability to act as consultant and the face of the agency to Director and C-Level executives Deep understanding of organic search (SEO) and paid search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads). Knowledge of paid social a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of perspective and organization Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Have exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills BA/BS in marketing, communications, business or relevant field Strong knowledge of MS Office products Benefits: We provide an environment where our employees can grow and advance.
