Managing Google shopping campaigns and Merchant Center product feeds. Calculating investment returns using a variety of formulas and KPI’s. Using tools like Excel to analyze PPC and analytics data. Reading and researching client industries. Reporting to clients and to team members. Regular client communication via phone and email. Sales Director

Hubspot or other similar CRM

The director of sales will be responsible for managing all incoming leads through our website and inbound phone calls. You will be responsible for keeping track of all incoming leads, setting appointments, email and phone call follow-ups, and building an efficient system for assigning leads to the appropriate account executive who will then take over and close the deal. Once a deal is closed, it is the role of the director of sales to create the proposal, send it to the client and follow up as needed. The director of sales is also responsible for collecting payment information from the client and communicating with our accounting team. The director of sales must be highly organized, efficient and have an understanding of agency sales. The director of sales will also be responsible for designing a monetization system for all unserviceable leads we receive on a monthly basis, whether the leads are too small for our agency or whether the leads are looking for ancillary services we don't provide. For example, a lead may be primarily interested in web design. It will be your responsibility to develop a strategic partner with a web design agency to whom we can send that lead. Sales Director Responsibilities: Writing, editing and proofreading proposals. Managing a sales team with incentives, tracking, leaderboards, etc. Setting appointments with inbound leads. Email and phone follow-ups with all inbound leads during the appointment setting phase. Assigning leads to account executives once appointments have been set. Communicate regularly with all prospects and account executives responsible for closing prospects into clients. Tracking and reporting on all sales activity. Sales Director Required Experience: Highly proficient with Hubspot or other similar CRM. Past experience managing a sales team or designing an agency sales funnel. Group Director, Analytics

Computer Skills/Ms Office/Software

The Director of Analytics has a primary responsibility of leading data analytics and overseeing all activities and ensuring alignment with the client's vision and objectives. The Director of Analytics aligns and directs the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision strategies, objectives, and goals of the client. The Director of Analytics also has analytical role to play, and in this position, he/she builds, maintains, and improves the existing business intelligence and analytics tools across the department and across clients and agency. Qualifications Education: The Director of Analytics has to have a master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position. Experience: A candidate for this position will have had at least 3 years of working experience in a data analytics or data warehousing department, preferably working as a Head of Analytics. The candidate will also have had vast and successful experience in bringing together diverse functions and building teams that include data analytics and warehousing personnel, guiding them through successful data analytic projects. The candidate will also demonstrate experience in business process analysis, data architecture design and development as well as the implementation of workflow enabled solutions. Communication Skills: The Director of Analytics must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form. Communication skills will also be needed in the collaborative capacity of the Director where clear communications will be needed to facilitate smooth interaction and efficient execution of collaborative duties. Computer Skills/Ms Office/Software: The Director of Analytics must also have excellent computer skills and be highly proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, which will be necessary in the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations, for departmental heads/management, senior analytics leadership, and key stakeholders. The Director of Analytics should also be skilled in Salesforce, SQL server reporting services, Tableau, analysis services, or any other data visualization tools. Analytical Skills: The Director of Analytics must also be passionate and highly skilled in research and data analytics. A candidate for this position must, therefore, be skilled in transforming data and affecting business processes in order to support data governance and integrity. Leadership/People Skills: A candidate for the position must demonstrate exceptionally good leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to inspire and lead a large cross-functional group in a unified direction with a common vision.
