Years of Experience
The first company of Quanta Group was sown or conceived more than 25 years ago, in 1996, by the grace and guidance of our MD and CEO, Mr. Vikas Sharma. The term ‘Quanta’ was first coined by Max Plank who said these to be the discrete packets with the energy stored in them. It is the minimum energy required to change the physical state of an object, in all its simplicity. The first business spark has opened the door to expanding the group to 6 more different (exceptional) uber-success companies, operating in diverse industries ranging from manufacturing to trading, marketing and sales, and IT with offices in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bhiwadi, Delhi, Mundra, and Nara Seva.
Despite the unprecedented growth of the group, our larger mission has remained the same: delivering innovative solutions to customers and businesses to overcome and crack their challenges in the future market. The Founder of the Group embodies the name of the group flawlessly as he is that ‘Packet of Energy’ or ‘Quanta’ behind every unit under the Group, leading as the source of the success/ excellence story of the Group. His journey to success has started in a small town called Fatehpur Shekhawati in Rajasthan, where Mr. Vikas Sharma was brought up. He had his initial academic knowledge under the able guidance of his father Shri Chandra Mohan Sharma, stationed there as a Professor in Kanoria College. Even before his unparalleled success in the corporate limelight, Mr. Vikas Sharma has always been innovative and energetic in his approach towards every subject, from his teenage. Before the launch of QUANTA, he rigorously trained himself to acquire the business knowledge in depth, by working at ground zero, as a junior-level employee.
He calls himself fortunate to have his Co-Director Mrs. Bhavna Sharma (his life partner as well), matching his same enthusiasm and business acumen. Her companionship revitalized the successful run of the group and paved the way for him to achieve his objectives in business.

The first step of a long journey that continues even now was taken in 1996, when Vikas Sharma realized his dream of starting his own business by incepting New Era Petrochem Pvt. Ltd., a petrochemical trading company. With his sheer will to learn and work hard, the venture became highly successful. In 2010, he diversified his business by starting Ace Flexi Pack Pvt. Ltd., which is involved in the business of manufacturing flexible packaging products. With each business, he understood the formula for business success and kept on starting new businesses.
In 2015, he was appointed as the CS of Gail India Ltd. for Rajasthan in Uno Polymers Pvt. Ltd. In his constant endeavors to further new ventures, Uno Polymers has also partnered with Blend Colors. In 2020, Vikas Sharma onboarded ITXIT Pro as a stakeholder and now acts in the capacity of the Director of the company. He continued his efforts to partner with leading global companies, such as Symphony [UK] Environmental Ltd., and Sumitomo, the leading petrochemical giant from Japan, through his new firm, Sinjcom LLP for export and sales.
In 2022, ACE FLEXI PACK, as part of its diversification strategy, acquired an HDPE Pipe and Drip Irrigation and molding manufacturing plant to cater to the increasing horticulture requirements in the country.
After the mandatory introduction of EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) by the MoEFCC, Government of India, for Plastic / Oil / Electronic / Electrical / Battery Goods Producers, in 2023, Mr. Vikas Sharma started Aeon Consultancy, which provides EPR Solutions to PIBOs. AEON further extended its services for assistance in electronic tendering to its customers.
