Website Revamp for Catholic School

Thanks to the efforts of Captiva Marketing, the school is able to acquire a newly designed website that can engage, entice, and encourage prospective customers to enroll. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and were swift to accomplish their tasks. A newly designed school website with information that we wished to portray to current parents and potential new families looking for a k-8 parochial school. They were very responsive and very helpful in getting information organized and worked with us on how we wished to have our new site look like Friendliness, knowledge, helpful, quick to get things done.

The team is responsive. They are very sharp and very customer-service oriented. The company often gets compliments and positive feedback from the work they\'ve done with the Captiva team. The company appreciated their high professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness when going about their work. The company was most impressed by the team\'s customer-service oriented approach. I get a lot of compliments on our work and questions of \"who made that\" or \"who helped you with doing that\". This has resulted in people asking for a referral to work with Captiva. Their work is highly professional and it\'s practical in that once we receive the finished product, it\'s usually something we can run with on our own moving forward, which makes our jobs more efficient and effective. Always smooth. The team is responsive. They are very sharp and very customer-service oriented. I know they\'re looking out for our needs. And best of all, though I know they have so many other clients they\'re always doing work for at the same time, they always make us feel like we\'re their only client. Customer-service orientation and quality of work for the right price.

Any areas they could improve?
I appreciate that they are not pushy and they never try to upsell us on projects, products, or services. We REALLY appreciate that. However, if there\'s one thing to think about improving, it could be checking in with their clients after projects are over and some time has passed to see how things are going and if there\'s anything else they can help with. This would probably create a natural uptick in new projects for them.
