In a year, we have doubled our website traffic and have grown to over 3K keywords on page one. Ignite has effectively used a project management tool called Basecamp to aid in ensuring deliverables were met. Ignite answers a question, tells us why it is important, and makes sure that we understand their response. Flexible and caring, Ignite Visibility has proven themselves to be a committed partner. From significant traffic improvement to an increased number of qualified leads, they\'ve also succeeded in terms of metrics. Ignite Visbility also offers knowledge sharing and transparency into project management. I don’t know what the design output is going to be, but I have seen the senior designer’s previous work, and I am very excited about it. From February–March, we saw pretty great gains in our SEO performance, including a lift in the number of keywords that our blog had on page one. In March only, we gained 132 keywords. Our franchise ventures each have their own page, and, collectively, those pages saw a lift month over month. They grew by 20% in sessions and 21% in users. Organic traffic to the homepage was up 10%. Ignite Visibility had an insight that 21 of our top 22 top-visited pages were blog posts, and they recommended that we add an inquiry form to our blog post. We did that, and we are seeing inquiries come through from it. There have been a couple of bumps along the road, but there have only been a few migrations in my career that have gone perfectly. When a couple of things happened, Ignite Visibility’s team handled them very well, working hard without complaining. They treated the migration just like I would have, and I am responsible for owning it. I felt like we were all a part of the exact same team. It started off a little rocky. I came to meetings with questions that I expected the team to answer, and I communicated my expectations when that didn’t happen. Ignite Visibility listened to us and was able to change, pick up the pace, and come more prepared. I have been very happy with that ever since that communication. We started out with two separate weekly Zoom calls: one for the SEO team and one with the web development team to discuss feedback. Ignite recommended that we form a single call so that everyone can hear each other. We talk about SEO first and design and develop second, and it’s been very beneficial for both our team and Ignite. I also send them emails if I think of other questions between our meetings. We set the agenda for the meetings the day ahead of time. Ignite sends me a notice of what the agenda is, and then I add my questions and topics that I want to cover so that they can prepare. What did you find most impressive about them? It’s been clear that Ignite Visibility cares about its customers since I first interviewed them at my previous job. Additionally, their strategy revolves around performance, and not just for organic traffic, but sales. I don’t care if I see a 20% lift in organic traffic if it’s not bringing me qualified traffic and increasing leads. They are very accommodating in our standing in that aspect. I also like how transparent they are about sharing case studies, as well as the templates that they use to track projects. This shows us how detailed they are and what their process is like. By answering our basic questions, we learned how much pride they take in educating their clients. Other vendors that we’ve worked with respond to our questions with vague, unimpressive answers. Ignite answers a question, tells us why it is important, and makes sure that we understand their response. Ignite supported us the entire way, diving in without question and successfully completing the migration. I am a part of a very small but mighty team, and I was prepared to do a lot of the heavy lifting myself or bring in interns to get it done. Every time I pose a question to Ignite, like how to perform QA, record all the URLs we’re bringing over, or ensuring our redirects are set up correctly, they explained how they would do it themselves. They alleviated a lot from my plate so that I could work on other tasks. Finally, we asked them to have a couple of development resources certified in HubSpot, and they were happy to get their people certified.

Ignite Visibility\'s SEO efforts have resulted in a notable increase in traffic to the business’ website. The team manages the project and communicates very well, giving regular updates. Their ability to take ownership of the processes and do most of the heavy lifting sets them apart. Our overall traffic to our website has increased. We haven’t seen any other results yet, but it’s only been a few months. Most of our collaboration takes place over Basecamp. The team is very organized and communicative. We also have a standing weekly meeting where Ignite Visibility provides updates as well as any assignments that I need to partner with them on to make sure that the work gets done. I also have a standing monthly meeting with their head of account success who checks in with me independent of the team that’s doing the work to make sure that I’m satisfied and that my goals are being met. Ignite Visibility’s ability to go in and do the work for us makes a big difference. They get onto WordPress and update plugins for me and replace them with ones that are more secure. They also go in and make changes to the metadata on the page so that I don’t have to do that. That full suite of services is what makes them useful for a small marketing team like ours.

Our highest converters are women selling clothes, so we aimed to acquire new stylists. Our social media channels have grown as our ads have grown. We’ve seen tremendous growth through e-commerce. We don’t usually have sales, but because of COVID_19, we made an exception, and Lindsay and her team took off and ran with it. Our outlet business had a history of outperforming our main-line business, but now our main-line business is outpacing the outlets. Now we’re targeting dormant clients, and Ignite Visibility has come up with a strategy to test that and drive conversions. They’re good with feedback and are able to adapt. We speak to Lindsay at least once a week via phone, and she sends us weekly reports before the call. If they’re working on a campaign or news comes out, she’ll just shoot us an email. We used Basecamp when we were onboarded, but we had a lot of people working on the project, and they weren’t always on the same page. Having everything consolidated under Lindsay has worked out very well. They respond quickly to feedback and issues. It has been great for us. Other agencies often have a difficult time pivoting or putting the right people on the account, but they’ve done a great job.
