The staff at Active Hearing Health is so nice, and they make you feel right at home. I always get very personal attention and treatment. Nikki, the audiologist, really knows what she is doing and if there is a problem, she will stay on it until she gets it resolved. I was having a problem with my first set of devices, and after trying to address that she sent them back to the manufacturer and got me a new set. I have not had a problem since then. They are very good people, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

My husband went to Active Hearing Health first and we both liked the way Dr. Kopetzky treated him. She is very people-oriented and knows what she is doing. She is friendly and really listened to my husband's needs and concerns. They offer a free hearing evaluation, so I went there for that. I felt like I came away with good information about my personal case. I also have some hearing loss like my husband and could be a candidate for hearing aids, but Dr. Kopetzky told me I could wait. I liked that it wasn't just a hard sell for products. We both felt like she was someone we could trust. She is a very genuine person, informative with clear explanations in regular terms. I'm not an audiologist and wouldn't understand technical jargon, but Dr. Kopetzky shared our test results with us with easy explanations. I highly recommend Active Hearing Health!
