Digital Marketing & PPC Campaigns for Spatial Data Company

Disruptive Advertising provided digital marketing and PPC services for a spatial data company. The team managed the client\'s paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Meta. It\'s tough to think of areas Disruptive Advertising could improve - it would be their current dashboard/analytics tool if I had to call something out.

The team at Disruptive Advertising was exceptionally responsive and communicative. Disruptive Advertising\'s work resulted in positive results for the client, including a cost-per-opportunity reduction of 10% year-over-year (YoY) and an increase in e-commerce sales of 33%. Disruptive Advertising\'s team kept on top of trends and was exceptionally responsive through Slack and email. The team at Disruptive Advertising was exceptionally responsive and communicative. Deliverables come on time which allows us to plan& strategize accordingly. They are responsive to our needs immensely and, in most cases, will reply immediately to our communications whether via Slack or email. We are a unique company with unique solutions, so having a flexible, receptive ,& knowledgeable partner is crucial to us achieving our goals. When Disruptive Advertising says they keep their employees on top of industry trends - they genuinely mean it! We are in several betas, some who\'ve yielded impressive results, that were it not for their continual push to be the best, we wouldn\'t have otherwise known about. Additionally, I want to highlight the quality of their teams. Going above and beyond is their modus operandi! From account managers Angelica & Tim to the team members like Bronson, Kaden, Lexi, Jesse, Amy, Mandy, Sammy, Summer, Caitlin, & many more - all our collaborations have been stellar.

Paid Search & Lead Generation for Tax Accounting Company

Disruptive Advertising is helping a tax accounting company increase their qualified leads. The team handles the client\'s paid search and email marketing campaigns, aiming to have around 70 leads per month. The only complaints we had early on were resolved with a new project manager. It feels like new projects take longer than they should to get off the ground which can be frustrating, but it\'s usually worth the wait.

Overall Feedback:

The client has received 70–200 qualified leads per month, courtesy of Disruptive Advertising. The team has managed the project well, producing results that meet the client\'s expectations. They provide timely updates and collaborate closely with the client to keep them informed about their progress. They actually produced the results we wanted to see. When we first started, we had 2-3 people on our account, but our main account manager was pretty disconnected and it wasn\'t a great fit, produced little results. She either left the company or was let go, and we were assigned Blake and Adnan to our account, and the results started to drastically change! We rely heavily on Paid Search for our leads, and the results really started to blow us away. Blake and Adnan are always willing to meet on short notice, to send over quick updates jump on a call in between our weekly schedule meetings. We had monthly goals that were tracked daily, and progress is discussed on weekly calls. We\'re very happy with Disruptive, but especially with Blake and Adnan! We just started using them for email services. We haven\'t had enough time to produce results yet, and it is taking a bit to get set up, but we\'re hopeful for similar results. They seemed to really know what they\'re doing, but so does everyone on the first call. But they actually produced the results we wanted to see. There\'s even potential for us to do more as we want to add budget, and that prospect is exciting.

The client has seen an increase in revenue and leads, thanks to Disruptive Advertising. They\'re extremely responsive, timely, and organized. The team leads productive meetings and does their tasks on time. They take the time to learn about the client\'s industry, allowing them to deliver results. They ask great, thought-provoking questions during our strategy calls and bring a fresh perspective to our industry. Extremely responsive and timely, punctual and organized. They always break down meeting agendas prior to the meeting and send meeting recaps post-meeting. They deliver items when they say they will, and they are always quick to respond to a question we have or an email we send - no matter the time. They ask great, thought-provoking questions during our strategy calls and bring a fresh perspective to our industry that helps us get creative and think outside the box. Whether they know your industry or not in the beginning, they will learn it. They take the time to learn about your products and your industry and fully immerse themselves so they can get a full understanding of how best to market it. They ask the right questions, and a lot of them, which is refreshing and unlike any other PPC/SEO/digital marketing company I\'ve worked with.

Over 10% of the people that we talked to commented that they were seeing our ads on Facebook and Instagram. The client attended the largest construction tradeshow in North America for the first time, and over 10% of people said that they saw the ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Disruptive team is very quick to act and make things happen rapidly. They\'re really good at entertaining and implementing new ideas. Most agencies that I reached out to sold themselves hard. Disruptive said we\'ll see if we\'re a good fit for each other and we\'ll proceed if it makes sense for us to work together. Ten months after working together, we attended the largest construction tradeshow in North America for the first time. Over 10% of the people that we talked to commented that they were seeing our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It was awesome to hear that because feedback like that doesn\'t show up on the ROAS reports!

Their team really listens and researches the best ways to make our partnership the best it can possibly be. Thanks to Disruptive Advertising\'s work, the client has doubled their ROA 20 time over. They have communicated and listened to the client, ensuring an effective workflow. Their proactive approach and knowledge are hallmarks of their work. I asked around in our Shopify Plus community for recommendations of advertising agencies to check out and Disruptive was one of them that was recommended. We interviewed about 5 agencies, and Disruptive felt like the best fit. We started with a series of discovery meetings to make sure that Disruptive would be a good fit. Once we decided to go with them, we had a meeting to discuss the best approach. They did a deep dive in to our business and metrics to make recommendations on which platforms we should tackle, as well as helped us create a budget to get us started. They also recommended CRO for us, which we did for the first year, and made some excellent changes to our website that really did help increase our conversions. We almost constantly see results of 10x or MORE on every platform. We have had wild success with our brand in particular on Pinterest, and sometimes see ROAs of 20x! Excellent! Their team really listens and researches the best ways to make our partnership the best it can possibly be. They really took the time to dig in to my business and truly learn our audience from the very start. That was very important to me - so that we could assure that our advertising agency would truly understand our customers and the brand voice that we want to portray.

PPC, SMM, Email Marketing & CRO for Game Company

Disruptive Advertising provides digital marketing for a game company. They run PPC campaigns on Google and YouTube, handle SMM on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and run CRO and email marketing efforts. The only thing that could improve would be to have a shorter learning process. Learning a client’s needs takes time, as does being able to anticipate them. However, in an ideal situation, that learning curve would have been tighter, but by the third month, we were hand-in-glove and aligned, which I appreciate. Other than that, I don’t have any major complaints, and we resolve minor issues with the appropriate authority level.

They’re always thinking about how to have fun with our band and push the creative envelope. Thanks to Disruptive Advertising’s work, the client’s revenue has increased 5X; they’ve been able to scale up without affecting the ROAS while keeping channel growth proportional. The team is on top of things and responsive through Slack. Their consistent performance across teams stands out. Thanks to Disruptive Advertising, we’ve increased our revenue 5X in 2022, which has been remarkable; we went from around a $1 million yearly gross revenue to about $5 million. They’ve been able to scale us up from an ad spend perspective very responsibly in a way that hasn’t compromised our return on ad spend (ROAS). These kinds of results take time and a very thoughtful effort. Our revenue proportions by the program have remained relatively even. For example, email marketing accounts for 30%–33% of our revenue, and that’s stayed the same as we’ve scaled up. Every single department has met the moment and has been able to continue scaling up, which is a testament to Disruptive Advertising’s consistency. Additionally, Disruptive Advertising was instrumental in bringing us on to TikTok at a time when it wasn’t necessarily a sure bet, and that has really changed the trajectory of our revenue. Since then, TikTok has become our primary focus on social media, and the team has very experienced resources working on our account. Sometimes, they surprise us by delivering extra assets as part of our deliverables, such as an animation of one of our game’s characters for the holidays. This cool initiative has gone above and beyond. They’re always thinking about how to have fun with our band and push the creative envelope. Initially, they took over from another advertising agency that had struggled to scale us up because they didn’t have the needed expertise in different areas of specialization. We’ve been really impressed by Disruptive Advertising because they have a dedicated person for each area of expertise we need. We’ve had one account manager throughout the program who’s always on top of it. Disruptive Advertising is very responsive. They’ve worked through Thanksgiving holiday in 2021 and 2022 and have been on call for Black Friday. Even though we’re all in different cities and work remotely, that hasn’t affected results or performance. We primarily communicate through Slack. We’ll start using a Miro board in January 2023 for email marketing campaigns to have visibility on them. Disruptive Advertising’s strength is their ability to perform consistently. Each department has stayed steady as we’ve scaled up, which indicates that they’ve built at least for the scope we’re at and likely for larger scopes, which is nice.

The team is really knowledgeable and willing to share what they know. Disruptive Advertising has reduced the client\'s CPA by 25% and consistently maintained it within the lower range. Their team facilitates a seamless workflow, communicates effectively, and ensures on-time delivery. Moreover, they explain each strategy to the client and are open to trying new methods. This was exactly the result we were looking for. The workflow between our teams is seamless and based on mutual trust and communication. We kept each other updated on changes (big and small) on the campaigns and the team was always punctual with the deadlines. The team is really knowledgeable and willing to share what they know. They take the time to explain why they recommended certain strategies and they were always open to try new things. They are always extremely helpful when I have random questions about platforms or propose new ideas/strategies. There have been several successful strategies and test learnings over the years, but I will highlight our success with Google Ads. The program had been struggling for years and with Disruptive\'s strategy and focus Google has emerged as an important, and efficient growth engine that continues to receive additional budget. We meet each Wednesday to track results, hear recommendations, and make necessary adustments. At the beginning of each month we are presented with results from the month prior, key learnings, and strategy for the month ahead. This cadence and structure works well within our team and has produced positive results. What I find most impressive is the deep understanding of our company\'s goals. With the same two account reps, it\'s as if they truly are on our team internally.

SMM for Costume Manufacturer

Disruptive Advertising spearheads a costume manufacturer\'s SMM campaigns. They oversee the client\'s marketing ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google and provide weekly updates on trends and goals. We love Disruptive and only wish we could branch out in more areas in their company like email marketing. We have not been able to do that so far due to cost restraints but that is mostly because we have a very economical way of doing it and we have had a hard time taking the leap.

Disruptive Advertising has helped the client significantly grow in the past 18 months despite some economic challenges. The client appreciates the vendor assigning a whole team to handle their account. They also lauded the vendor\'s prompt response, availability, and organized project management. Our company has seen significant growth in the last 18 months that we have been working with them. Even through some economic downturns, they continue to help us move onward and upward. Working with the Disruptive team is very easy. They are quick to respond to all emails and calls. They treat our company like it is their own company and even when traveling, holidays and other situations that take them away from regular office hours, they still are on call and ready to help when needed. They\'re excellent at keeping us on task and a great resource for maintaining organized and communicated timelines. In comparison to other companies we have worked with, we get a whole team! This is huge! Everyone knows their area, everyone works fluidly together. We love the team at Disruptive.
