Overall Feedback:

I had seen so many positive reviews on google so I worked with Aarna Systems for my website but unfortunately my experience didn\'t turn out to be as good. For a simple website they took 5 months (Feb to June) to deliver (lockdown period included but website development was possible during lockdown). After responding to their queries, I had to follow up with them to get an update. The quality of website is not to my satisfaction, their testing also was not up to the mark and I found so many mistakes in the website that needed to be corrected. They don\'t work towards customer delight and don\'t come up with suggestions to make final product better. I will not recommend working with them based on my own experience.

Any areas they could improve?
It turned out to be a bad experience overall where my website was delivered to me after more than 4 months (Feb to June). It was a general informational static website not even dynamic or e-commerece, still it took them this long. It is also true that there was lockdown from mid-March till end of May but a) Project started in mid-Feb with delivery date of 22nd Feb and lockdown started on March 25th. b) Website work could still be done during lockdown from home.
