AdVenture Media Group played a pivotal role in our company\'s growth. Thanks to AdVenture Media Group\'s efforts, the client\'s ROAS doubled, and their market share increased. The team also recommended best practices that resulted in better outcomes. Throughout the project, the team powered through challenges and delivered positive results consistently. We had two weekly calls to review the performance of the Google ads campaigns. We applied the best practices recommended by AMG to achieve better results. Our niche is challenging and complicated, and the AMG team demonstrated high resilience and dedication to this project. We overcame many challenges and delivered the desired results continuously. They were in a constant pursuit of educating themselves about our products. AdVenture Media Group successfully improved the ad campaign. Their team raised profits and also branched out to Facebook. The workflow was very smooth and flexible. Their team was very invested in the company. As mentioned, our main goal was to use our marketing budget more efficiently. AMG completed this goal by determining where our budget was being wasted on low-performing ads, adding negative keywords to remove unwanted traffic to our ads, and removing underperforming products from campaigns. After our expenses were reduced, they reinvested the funds to increase spending in areas that showed potential. Other than the typical tactics of increasing budgets on campaigns that were doing well, they got creative with how to further expand. This included working with our website developers to code a profit margin calculator into the backend of our site so Google Ads could use individual product profit as a variable. This led to ROA increasing 18%, and earned profit increasing 62%. Along with this, we were able to run advertisements on Facebook for the first time. These campaigns were not only successful, but also increased our brand awareness and communication with pet owners. The workflow between our two teams was very smooth. AMG was incredibly flexible when it came to communication, and patient with our inflexibility. When our days became too chaotic for conference calls, they were sure to push around their own schedules or send over detailed emails with a presentation of account changes. What we found most impressive about AMG was their interest in the overall wellbeing of our company, beyond PPC. They were in a constant pursuit of educating themselves about our products, and took the time to understand our industry. AMG genuinely wanted to help us succeed, and proved that by collaborating on projects outside of digital marketing. When we would face specific internal struggles, they inquired about how to help and gave great insight. Everyone here would agree that we are a more well-rounded company thanks to the guidance of AMG.

Their depth of knowledge is impressive. AdVenture Media Group has started a positive trend for the client; their work has contributed to a 300% sales increase month over month. The team has good communication and project management skills. They have meetings regularly and remain flexible for scheduling. Now half a year in, I\'ve had several months of growth, most recently a 300% sales increase month over month. We still have a ways to go, but considering where we started, this positive trend is extremely encouraging. Flexible scheduling, conference calls, and email do the trick. We meet on a regular schedule and also for impromptu one-off calls when needed. No issues whatsoever. This is an easy question to answer: Their depth of knowledge is impressive. The reality is that it\'s not too difficult to start a \"PPC\" shop. You can learn the basics of Google Ads, Facebook, or any other platforms in just a few days. But mastering these sales tools is another matter entirely. Here are just some of the things AdVenture does for us, on top of just \"creating ads\": - Strategizing bid types - Strategizing daily budgets - Strategizing creative copy - Strategizing when to allocate budgets to new platforms, new campaigns, new experiments - Suggesting ad optimization A/B tests to run, and then running them - Suggesting on-page A/B tests to run, and then running them - Monitoring actual search terms daily for traffic sculpting opportunities - Monitoring competitor ads - Contacting and getting quotes from 3rd parties for audiovisual content for social media marketing - Suggesting pricing strategies to achieve the most long-term-value from my customers - Explaining the insights behind the metrics, based on their experience I have to add, nothing is ever \"done\". Even after efficiency wins in campaigns, our very next conversation is one \"here\'s what we are thinking on how to improve this even more\".

The Director of Analytics has a primary responsibility of leading data analytics and overseeing all activities and ensuring alignment with the client\'s vision and objectives. Sales Director

The director of sales will be responsible for managing all incoming leads through our website and inbound phone calls. You will be responsible for keeping track of all incoming leads, setting appointments, email and phone call follow-ups, and building an efficient system for assigning leads to the appropriate account executive who will then take over and close the deal. Once a deal is closed, it is the role of the director of sales to create the proposal, send it to the client and follow up as needed. The director of sales is also responsible for collecting payment information from the client and communicating with our accounting team. The director of sales must be highly organized, efficient and have an understanding of agency sales. The director of sales will also be responsible for designing a monetization system for all unserviceable leads we receive on a monthly basis, whether the leads are too small for our agency or whether the leads are looking for ancillary services we don\'t provide. For example, a lead may be primarily interested in web design. It will be your responsibility to develop a strategic partner with a web design agency to whom we can send that lead. Sales Director Responsibilities: Writing, editing and proofreading proposals. Managing a sales team with incentives, tracking, leaderboards, etc. Setting appointments with inbound leads.
