The idea was to a create an organization, where we can have best of talent, with maximized productivity & at the same time staying competitive in the business by offering lower cost quality solutions to our customers. With this thought we decided to start BBM DigiTech - a complete remote organization.

Our potential to hire best of talent from any part of the world, opened up various new avenues for us.  We won’t let go any talent on the constraint of location & working schedules. On other hand employees with the desired flexibility have better work-life balance, thus we have much happier work-force, giving us improved retention & higher productivity.
