Overall Feedback:
What I liked most was that they didn't just focus on keywords and rankings. They actually looked at our website and explained what was working, what wasn't, and what we should focus on first. They helped us understand things like technical SEO, on-page issues, content, internal linking and search intent in a way that was much easier to follow. I also liked that they didn't make big promises about getting a certain Google ranking. They were quite realistic about SEO and explained that it takes time and consistent work.Any areas they could improve?
There were a few technical recommendations that were a little difficult for us to understand at first because we're not an SEO or technical team. Some extra step-by-step guidance would have made those parts easier. Apart from that, communication was good and they were happy to explain things when we had questions.
