An upcoming integrated development that is going to be located in the vicinity of Clarke Quay – at River Valley Road, to be more precise. The property is expected to yield about 700 units in two residential towers. Through a joint release, CapitaLand and City Development have announced that the entry of Ascott Residence Trust into the consortium should be finished in the year 2024.
