Overview

I have over 25 years experience teaching Yoga and Pilates, having always been interested in health, as well as having a fascination for the mind-body connection. This developed into a growing interest in how our minds work as a result of seeing both clients and family members struggle at times with their mental well being. This interest led to me studying meditation and mindfulness, and subsequently training to be a clinical hypnotherapist. I trained with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT), gaining my Level 4 Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I have also gained the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy, which is the Gold Standard in hypnotherapy training. I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS check. I’m registered with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH), the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and I abide by their strict Codes of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
