Connected Health is a telemedicine solution designed to monitor health and wellness. Clinicians can provide their patients with our suite of high-tech, medical grade vital sign monitoring devices (blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter, ear thermometer, weight scale) that send readings to the cloud. Clinicians and patients can then track their vitals in their cloud profile and engage in virtual appointments all through our software platform.
