We are a young small rapidly growing team of professionals. For a designing/developing complex web application or even refactoring legacy applications we are like and we recommend DDD (Domain-driven design) approach, this process includes analyzing and understanding your business domain and build systems with it as a core of the future application. The benefits of the developing application with DDD approach is that we are not just trying to solve and realize the technical details of the application, but mostly trying to solve/realize the application thinking about your core business domain. So communication between the develops/managers on our side and with you is done on the same ubiquitous language of your business
