Overall Feedback:

I cannot recommend Dignite Studios. Dignite tried to use the fear of users being r*ped to sell an expensive feature, made harassing phone calls to sell others, and was unable to fully finish the project or deliver the codebase after two years. Instead, they misrepresented completion while also asking for more time. After they were fired, they continued to access my accounts for several days to make it seem as if they completed more work by their final deadline than they actually did. Dozens of errors remain: functional, technical, residual, typographical, translative between the English and Spanish versions, and cosmetic. I ended up doing the designs for the app, logo, Home Screen icon, background, color modes, and launch screens myself. They failed to mention a $4,000 maintenance fee, more than $3,500 in unmentioned subscriptions, and missed as many as nine deadlines. They also failed to provide reimbursement after their non-delivery. I have 36 pages of evidence, photos, and videos to back these claims. This has now turned into a legal dispute and is under investigation. I would recommend any other company.
