We are a multichannel contact center with several years of experience, we offer our clients, contact center outsourcing solutions with specialization in sales (Outbound) and customer service (Inbound), collections, loyalty, surveys, database updates and back office; with a complete strategy that allows us to adapt to our clients\' processes and apply the best practices applied in the industry. We combine efficiency, flexibility and improvement so that our clients\' investment is reflected in greater productivity. 

We have the ISO 9001:2008 Certification since 2011 and we are currently being certified in COPC - GMD. We have received awards and recognition from prestigious entities such as APECCO and PROMPERU and we are the first Peruvian Contact Center to be listed on the Lima Stock Exchange (MAV).
