Overview

First Rate Roofing is a family-run roofing company serving South London, South West London, and Surrey. Run by John Quilligan, whose family has worked in roofing for three generations, we carry out repairs, replacements, and inspections using our own uniformed, fully insured team - never subcontracted out. Every new roof comes with a 25-year guarantee, and repairs are covered for up to 10 years, both in writing. We offer free, no-obligation roof inspections with no call-out fee, and use drone surveys to diagnose problems accurately before recommending any work. We are members of CORC and TrustATrader. From slipped tiles and leaking gutters to full re-roofs, chimney repairs, and flat roofing, we handle it honestly and properly first time.
