Overall Feedback:

I have been using this platform regularly over the past few weeks, and it has genuinely exceeded my initial expectations. What stood out to me right away was the sheer reliability of the built-in audio-to-text tool. It captures natural speech with surprising precision, handling background noise and fast pacing without dropping crucial phrases or generating strange typos. The user interface feels clean, modern, and uncluttered, allowing me to navigate between tasks without getting bogged down in unnecessary menus. Customer support was also prompt and helpful when I submitted a brief query regarding account settings. While there is still minor room for improvement regarding custom export presets and shortcuts, the overall performance, speed, and dependable dictation make this an indispensable asset for my day-to-day workflow. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, productive tool.

Any areas they could improve?
Providing better options for customizing export formatting and offering slightly faster initial onboarding guides would make the setup process much smoother for beginners.
