fraud company- CEO Anurag cheated us

They agreed on offering me a service, took advance payment but kept on lingering.They never delivered the service. Nor did they return the money. They do not have expertise, they are amateurs just experimenting with trial and error. They are one man army, Anurag Chaudhary the CEO, doesn\'t talk properly with the client. I read one feedback review about this company on their facebook page that he hires freelancers and doesn\'t pay them. He refuses to take calls now after having taken money from me. I got cheated. This company is avoiding to return our payment on the pretext of Corona. Says employees are sick, whereas he works with freelancers. In the google review he writes that he will get back to us but he has not contacted us. We had to write him email to which he responded saying employees are sick. Beware of this company, they don\'t have any expertise, they take up assignments but are unable to complete but they will make sure to take advance payments.
