There has only been one bug throughout the entirety of the six-year partnership. The client values Itransition's excellent QA. The team provides quality designs and development work at a competitive price. Itransition is trustworthy and available 24/7 via email; they respond within hours. Itransition produces great quality work. They have great QA as well. In six years, there’s only been one technical issue, which is outstanding considering the size of our project. We value the partnership greatly. We’ve reached out to other vendors a couple of times just to price work that’s already been done; the quotes keep validating our relationship because every time, Itransition has come in underpriced. We’ve developed such a strong relationship with Itransition since we’ve been working with them for so long. There is a lot of trust built up between them and our major teammates. We use Jira and Confluence. We worked with Trello for a while as well, but now we mostly use email. Itransition has invited us into their Jira environment; however, I’ve asked them to continue using their native language since most of their team is based in Europe or is Eastern European; I don’t need to see the workings from their side. Price and quality are the two things I’d highlight. Itransition’s quality is phenomenal, and the price is very competitive. The QA is probably the best piece of it for me. With technology development especially, there’s always the possibility of one piece breaking when another piece is deployed. Itransition has managed to keep that under control extremely well. We’ve had hundreds of deployments at this point, so to only have one instance where an issue occurred is great. Itransition is also always available to us 24/7. If there’s a server issue or another problem, they respond within hours.
There have been 2–3 cost surprises when Itransition has been working on something I haven't been aware of. Due to the nature of our relationship being so long-term, our approval is fairly open for them, but I would have stopped them earlier if I’d realized how misaligned we were in those cases. Ever since then, they've updated us on any potential surprises.
Itransition rebuilt a website used in SQL, .NET, HTML, C#, and other technologies. After an onsite trip, they developed the site and continue to provide ongoing testing.
Everyone I've dealt with has been very intelligent and professional. The project has just started, but Itransition has received positive feedback. They have a very engaging project management style. They're intelligent and professional. We met with the business analyst and explained current process to them. We then explained what we wanted the solution to look like. The business analyst made an onsite trip go gather additional requirements. We back development shortly thereafter. We have weekly project meetings to discuss ongoing issues with the project. The developers deliver the latest version of the website once a week for testing. We use technologies such as SQL, .NET, HTML, C# The project is not complete or in production yet. however, the feedback from the internal users so far has been very good. The project management style is a very engaged one. We are in constant communication and do not have many misunderstandings. They hire great people. Everyone I've dealt with has been very intelligent and professional.
No.
Itransition provided a dedicated development team to maintain and enhance a learning management website. Their engagement has since expanded to include ongoing feature migration.
They provide a full-service development team that delivers any tech we need to complete the site. The Itransition team has proven to be a flexible and talented partner. Their augmented team successfully increased the company's client base from 50-60 properties to over 130 properties in six years. The team’s agile methodologies and agile methodology make for a seamless and productive partnership. Thanks to the great work by the Itransition development team we have increased our client base from 50-60 properties to over 130 properties in the last 6 years. Itransition's project Managment style is flexible and has been updated to fit our requirements multiple times. As of today we work under Agile Methodologies with daily stand-up meetings and by weekly sprint rituals. The Project Manager is a great asset to my roll as Product Owner in managing these rituals. We use Slack, Email, and the full Microsoft suite for communication. I'm most impressed by the predictability of the Itransition team. They provide a full-service development team that delivers any tech we need to complete the site. This includes additional development resources that can be brought to bare if necessary, so we rarely miss a deadline due to development misunderstanding or inconsistency.
Early on in the SDLC we operated using waterfall methods. I would have switched to a full Agile process earlier to leverage the experience and talent that Itransition offers better.
