Having been trained in Complex Trauma, Brainspotting (BSP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness; I am able to adapt my practice to each person’s needs. My life’s work is focused on supporting others in finding their value, gaining emotional regulation, and processing trauma and life stressors.
