We had a disaster of an experience working with Nesha & Kolosek. Nesha is pompous, unintelligent, disorganized, and dishonest. He has no redeeming qualities. The company can best be described as disorganized and confused. There is no leadership and the employees don\'t know what to work on. Communication is non-existent. Pride of work is non-existent.Any areas they could improve?
The best way to change the experience would be to not work with this company in any capacity. The CEO, Nesha, has no business in project management or in development.
