Tom Krekel is a Succession Advisor to Family or Closely-held Businesses. He helps owners across the United States plan what comes next, three to five years before they leave, sell, or retire. He founded a company from scratch, scaled and sold the properties he ran, twice, and ran companies from ten people to a hundred and seventy-five. He is not a broker and takes no piece of any sale. The work finds what the business is worth, what is holding that number down, and what can still be fixed in the time left, with the owner's family, employees and partners in the picture from the first meeting. It ends in the owner's own goals, written down, and a path to them.
