The company’s website has secured the first search page on Google for various key terms, which has translated into more leads. Local SEO Search runs a well-organized process. They send content to be approved on a monthly basis along with clear updates on metrics. We haven’t had a reason to look for another company to work with because Local SEO Search delivers results. When we were doing paid advertising before, we weren’t seeing anything. But, through our work with Local SEO Search, we’ve gotten more leads, more jobs, and a wider reach.

Any areas they could improve?
It would be great to understand what they’re doing on a more detailed level. But, at the same time, I don’t want to invest my time into trying to learn everything. That’s why I’m hiring a third-party to do our SEO.

The project has grown the client’s online presence, helping attract new customers and increased sales. Local SEO Search communicated effectively and efficiently by providing monthly reports that outline the site’s rankings for certain keywords. The team provides a well-rounded service. They provide reports on our rankings. Month to month, that fluctuates a lot. For some keywords, we’ll rank in the first spot for a time, and then we’ll rank 10th. However, we’re busier. I see that we have more calls and more sales. People ask about products that I don’t specifically advertise. That tells me that it’s working. In general, it’s a very well-rounded service. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do and it prevents a headache for me. I don’t need to guide them. They know what they’re doing and they take care of it.

Any areas they could improve?
It’s not really their fault because I know that it takes a few months for SEO to be effective. It would be nice if they could shorten that lead time, but I know it’s not realistic.

Local SEO Search optimizes our website and targets the keywords that we agreed upon. Their team manages a blog for us and works to get backlinks to our website. They\'ve created videos and slideshows. They also took over our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Local SEO Search’s efforts have been effective and met my needs. This isn’t the kind of product that you can sell door to door. It’s a product where someone out there will feel a pain point and search for it. For example, a company had an accident. They Googled solutions and bought 35 Backbones. This is a low-volume, high margin product, so the order was a large amount of money. This isn\'t a product for traditional sales methods.

Any areas they could improve?
No, not really. Obviously, everyone would prefer to spend less on services. You pay for what you get. We own that space on the internet, so they’ve done a splendid job.
