Lone Star Mushrooms is a family-owned and operated mushroom farm in Houston, TX using safe and sustainable farming practices to grow fresh gourmet mushrooms and produce high-quality mushroom extracts, jerky, coffee and mushroom grow kits. All of our mushrooms and products are grown and made in our climate-controlled facility which allows us to operate year-round. We supply several local restaurants with specialty fungi and frequent farmer’s markets each week in Houston.
