At Lucid Awakening Counseling, we provide compassionate, judgment-free counseling designed to help you navigate life’s challenges, uncover root causes of symptoms, and reconnect with your authentic self. Inspired by depth psychology and the work of Carl Jung, our services address trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, family and relationship issues, and life transitions. Through a blend of both evidenced-based approaches, such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic, as well as existential, humanistic, and holistic approaches, we focus on uncovering root causes, fostering resilience, and supporting meaningful, lasting healing for adolescents and adults.
