Luxen is a medical billing and revenue cycle management company. We run the entire revenue cycle for medical practices in the US: eligibility and benefits verification, prior authorization, charge entry, medical coding, clean claim submission, clearinghouse rejection work, denial management and appeals, AR follow-up by ageing bucket, patient billing and month-end reporting. We also place HIPAA-trained medical virtual assistants who handle scheduling, patient calls, intake, records and EHR data entry. We work inside the practice management system the client already uses, billing under their NPI and payer contracts. No migrations, no six-month ramp — most practices go from a signed BAA to our team working their claims in about two weeks. Every account is staffed by a named team rather than a shared pool, and we take on 5–10 new practices a month so each one gets people who actually know it. Engagements are month to month, with no setup fee and no exit fee — we earn the next month rather than locking clients into a year. Our teams work across emergency medical services, dental, urgent care and general outpatient billing, and we serve practices nationwide, remotely.
