As an employee, I find the commute to be one of the biggest drawbacks. The office is located quite far from any major residential areas, making it very difficult to reach. There are no convenient transportation options nearby, such as auto-rickshaws, and the nearest metro station is miles away. This daily struggle with commuting has significantly impacted my overall job satisfaction and work-life balance. I hope the company considers relocating to a more accessible area or providing better transportation facilities for its employees.
