At Novu Wellness, we believe that mental health recovery looks different for everyone. Our multidisciplinary approach utilizes evidence-based practices in a trauma-informed setting, standing on the premise that mental health care settings need to have a complete picture of the client’s life situation – past and present – in order to provide effective care in a healing environment.
