Performance Consultants is a coaching and leadership development consultancy working with organizations to build coaching cultures, develop leaders and improve performance. Services include executive coaching, team coaching, GROW Leader Coach program, ICF executive coach training and culture transformation. Home of the GROW model co-developed by company founder Sir John Whitmore and set out in his book Coaching for Performance. Performance Consultants trains leaders and teams across industries, including High Risk Organizations, to apply coaching mindset and skills that change behaviours and strengthen leadership and performance.
