Honestly, running a car wash and detailing shop gets crazy busy especially on weekends. We used to miss so many calls simply because everyone was outside with pressure washers and vacuums running you just can't hear the phone ring in that noise. Setting up PhoneAnswering.ai was probably one of the best moves we made. Now callers actually get greeted right away instead of getting sent to voicemail. It answers basic questions about our packages grabs vehicle details and books slots without any back and forth. It’s taken a huge load off our hands so the guys can focus on the cars without constantly drying off their hands to answer a phone. Definitely worth it if you run a wash or detailing shop.

Any areas they could improve?
Having slightly more flexibility to customize explanations of membership packages over the phone would be helpful, though the core system works exceptionally well.
