Straightforward and results focused. The lead quality shift was noticeable.

Communication paired with actually seeing results from it. They'd flag changes before we even noticed something was off, explain the reasoning, then we'd see it reflected in the enquiries coming through. It wasn't just reporting for the sake of reporting. Made the whole thing feel less like we'd handed it off and hoped for the best.

Overall Feedback:

Honestly, before we started with Pitch Black I wasn't sure Google Ads would even work. We'd heard mixed things. But once we sat down with the team, they actually asked about our practice areas first, which client types we wanted more of, what wasn't working. That part felt different from other agencies we'd spoken to. The campaign went live and within a couple of weeks we noticed the enquiries were more on point. Not just more volume, but people actually asking about the services we handle. Communication has been good too, they check in, explain what's changing and why, no jargon-heavy reports we can't make sense of. Still early days in some ways, but the shift in lead quality alone has made the whole thing feel worthwhile.

Any areas they could improve?
Honestly, hard to think of much. If anything, the first couple of weeks felt a bit slow, we were keen to see enquiries straight away. But looking back, that time was them getting the targeting right rather than just switching it on and hoping. So it worked out, just took a bit of patience at the start.
