This company promises you the moon and delivers nothing and refuses you promised refunds...
There really was no \"best part\". It was sketchy from the beginning. I never should have agreed to an extra 2 month \"deal\" because I will never see that money again. They took my money even though I was promised a refund upon canceling for \"any reason\". I canceled before the started the 2 months of work. I paid them $300 for the first month of work, tried to cancel and get my $400 \"deal\" back but they kept it.
Overall Feedback:
I hired RankMeLocally for SEO and social media marketing. I signed up for one month for $300 and then they pushed me into signing up for two additional months for $400. I was skeptical because I wanted to see their work first but Jim Ross, the salesperson, absolutely assured me that they would get me results and if I was unsatisfied at all I could get the full $400 refunded. Needless to say, they stole my $400 and got us ZERO results. 1000 likes on Facebook is not results. No sales on our website. And the \"likes\" were all fake anyway. I tried to cancel on three different occasions and they just kept pushing me to stay on. I finally demanded a refund as I was promised. After a TON of arguing, Erwin, my project manager, told me it was issued and would show in my account in 7 days. Instead of $400 in my account they issued two \"refunds\" for $1.86 and $1.14. They are complete and total scammers. Besides that their English is awful, they are terrible communicators and their marketing ads are a joke. I hope you are smarter than me and read reviews like this instead of off their website like I did. Lesson learned!Any areas they could improve?
I should have been skeptical when none of them are native English speakers and are very difficult to understand.

THEY DONT GUARANTEE ALL KEYWORD RANKING. THEY SCAM YOU BY WRITING THAT IN CONTRACT. AFTER THE TIME IS UP THEY SWITCH YOUR MANAGER AND END THE CONTRACT. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING WITH THEM IN THE CONTRACT. MAKE SURE THEY RESPOND TO YOUR QUERIES AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING OTHERWISE THEY WILL CERTAINLY GET AWAY FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES. IF YOU IN EARLY STAGES, BETTER CANCEL YOUR PLAN BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. ASK YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL IT AND REVERSE THE PAYMENTS. I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT. At first, they thought they are trying to work with me to help me but they were trying to extend up to the deadline and not finish the job and leave me hanging with incomplete rankings. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
