Somnus was founded on the belief that satisfying sleep is one of the keys to wellness and happiness and that many more people could reap its benefits. We are a group of psychologists with over 40 years of collective experience in research and practice related to improving sleep. Over those decades, we have talked to many people who think that poor sleep is the unavoidable cost of living and working in a high-pressure society.
