Everyone from The Status Bureau — from their co-founder to their employees — was kind and genuine. The government entity successfully gained back their access to their Business Manager account, thanks to the help of The Status Bureau. The team communicated well and proved responsive to the client’s needs. They kept the organization informed about their progress, delivering positive results. We gained full access to our Facebook Business Manager account. Alexandra also hopped on a video call with me and spent time verifying the account with Facebook. Their project management was great. They were extremely responsive — their resources always responded to us on time and kept us up to date with the project. We communicated over email or via online video meetings. Everyone from The Status Bureau — from their co-founder to their employees — was kind and genuine. They wanted to support the local indigenous government and did the project out of the goodness of their hearts. This was rare and stood out to us. They asked nothing in return other than spreading the good word about what they did.

No, there weren’t any. They were fantastic, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

They do a great job for the size that they are and the verticals they focus on. The Status\' work meets their client’s needs. Their effectiveness is proven by quarterly reports. The team is organized, transparent, and easy to work with. They foster a collaborative environment with their clients. We have quarterly reports and impact reports to show their progress. We meet with our account manager in weekly check-ins. They’re highly communicative, transparent, honest, and easy to work with. It never feels like a transactional relationship.

Any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing I can think of. They do a great job for the size that they are and the verticals they focus on.

Overall Feedback:

Trust that someone is in your corner when working with The Status Bureau. Traffic and business have benefitted significantly due to The Status Bureau’s skilled expertise. Their customer service approach complemented their professional management style. Customers can expect a trustworthy partnership. We’ve seen a lot more organic traffic. Our company is ranked much higher for the selected keywords, leading to more traffic and business. Their project management style is good. We have a plan set where they give me an update halfway through and at the end. I have to confirm if the plan works on our end, but overall, their team does most of the work. It’s hard to trust SEO companies because it’s hard to track what they’re doing. Now, I’m at the point where I know enough about the process to see that the team at The Status Bureau is doing it the correct way. That’s why we’ve chosen to stick with them.

Any areas they could improve?
It’s great to approach your customers with ideas. Given the space, it’s hard to get educated on specific elements because it’s such a moving target. I always appreciate when people bring ideas and show me opportunities. That initiative would be helpful.
