Unacceptable experience and a rip off taking my money with no product sent or received.Any areas they could improve?
I ordered parts for my washer/dryer 8/7/24 and as of 11/27/24 have not received them despite my card being charged for the full price on 8/28/2024. All attempts to contact them have failed. No return calls or response to e-mails received. No live person to talk to. No proactive status on order.
