DEDICATED TEAM: Lead times vary depending on talent category i.e. Mid-Senior level JavaScript or PHP developers are \"Category 1\", with lead times ranging from 1-5 weeks. Senior developers within more boutique programming languages (Scala) are \"Category 3\", with lead times ranging from 8-20 weeks. 

ONDEMAND TEAM: Lead times within the TechPods OnDemand Team range from 1-4 weeks. This team consists of Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Developers, with a wide range of technology skillsets.
