Twisted Fisherman is a Melbourne food truck and event catering business, running since 2016 and founded by Chef Mirko. Billed as Melbourne's first dedicated seafood food truck, it serves fresh Australian and New Zealand seafood plus premium Wagyu and smoked meats (shared with sister restaurant Wood & Bone). Menus are made to order for weddings, corporate events, parties and functions across Melbourne. Fully insured, with food safety registration.
