Twisted Fisherman is Melbourne's first and most celebrated seafood food truck Caterer, serving events right across Greater Melbourne since 2016. Their fully equipped Mobile kitchen is a full commercial setup on wheels, run by chefs who came up through restaurants, cooking fresh and to order in front of your guests — never reheated from foil trays. They pair a strictly Australian and New Zealand seafood policy with steakhouse-grade Wagyu and smoked meats sourced from named premium farms such as Blackmore and Sher. From hand-shucked Tasmanian oysters and signature WA lobster rolls to wood-fired steaks, Wagyu burgers, brisket, fried chicken and genuine vegetarian and vegan menus, every dish is made on site. They cater weddings, engagements, corporate functions, birthdays, Christmas parties, festivals and private events of any size — from intimate 30-guest gatherings to major public events like the Formula 1 Grand Prix, Moomba and the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
