Union Yoga Uk offers face to face and online yoga teacher training courses. Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is accredited by Yoga Alliance and the online version is accredite with Yoga Alliance International. Director, Emma Newham, has been in the fitness industry for almost 3 decades and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her students and trainings. The training courses cover over one hundred asanas, with full modifications and contraindications. In addition, the courses cover yoga philosophy (including yoga history, mantras, mudras, bandhas, chakras, meditation, anatomy and physiology and the art of adjustment).
