Young Construction, established in 1978 by brothers David and Bob Young, is one of Santa Barbara's leading general contracting firms, serving both residential and commercial markets. Over the years, the company has earned a reputation for quality and integrity within the construction industry. Many of our team members have been with Young for decades, cultivating a strong, family-like culture. In 2024, we transitioned to new ownership under a long-standing employee, Jeremy Beauchemin, who’s committed to maintaining the same core values and carrying out this next phase of Young Construction’s legacy. While the company levels up, Bob remains an integral part of the team, continuing to support operations and foster the well-established relationships that have defined Young Construction for decade.
