Quick Job Overview OuterBox is looking for a full-time mid-level marketing specialist. You’ll be working remotely with our digital team to make website updates, modifications and more that are all geared towards increasing online sales, leads and our clients revenue. The work is fun, engaging and makes an impact! You’ll learn the ins-and-outs of online marketing and have a career path to grow. Essential Functions Execute the marketing strategy developed by Marketing Strategists by using a variety of on-site and off-site SEO tactics to increase website traffic and clients’ sales. Conduct research and analysis on clients’ industries and results. Present recommendations to Marketing Strategists and work with them to determine the effectiveness of the current strategy. Help to adapt strategies and plans to changing search engine algorithms Create monthly reporting for clients (OuterBox actions taken / work performed, numbers on traffic and sales, etc.). Work collaboratively within the marketing department as well as other OuterBox teams to achieve the clients’ goals within the scope of search marketing / advertising. This is a remote position. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and using communication technology to stay connected. Skill Requirements 1+ years of hands-on experience executing SEO techniques, including: Keyword research, On-site optimization, Technical optimization, Link building Good communicator Willing to learn new skills and dedicated to learning quickly Ability to transition between multiple projects seamlessly Proficiency with Google Suites office tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) An understanding of additional digital marketing strategies (paid search, social media, email marketing) is a plus Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript a plus Benefits: Life at OuterBox is great!
