We appreciated the timeliness and accuracy of the work completed. We didn’t have to go back and rehash things. Radd Interactive was very thorough about looking at our design. It’s clear they’re knowledgeable about how layouts and UI/UX affects SEO. This was great because we were relaunching our website so they gave us feedback about that. Their team was great about following up on every detail we asked about because there are so many small things that might seem less important. Radd Interactive was communicative and responsive. We communicated through email and held regular meetings. Radd Interactive was great. They didn’t drop the ball on the smaller details. I’m the owner of Unique Fitness Concepts and Unique Medical Supply. We sell fitness equipment and medical supplies on their respective sites and through a third-party sales channel. They initially provided SEO services for us, focusing on PPC account management for both businesses. They primarily work with Google Ads and Bing. They exceed expectations regarding our goals. The increase in ROI in particular stands out. They do project management extremely well. We have monthly meetings to discuss the account, review results, goals, accomplishments, campaigns, and more. The team always follows through on what they say they’ll do and are similarly always available and responsive to quickly resolve any issues that arise. They perform consistently, often going beyond our expectations, in accommodating any requests we make.

The more people who come to our website, the better. We wanted to find these people organically to reduce our PPC and social media ad spend. We hired Radd Interactive to supplement our marketing strategy by running SEO efforts for our website. They started by having bots crawl our website and made changes to different landing pages. They ensured no 404 errors appeared. Their team also works on editing the wording on our site, checking that it’s relevant for our products and that it would rank properly on Google. They’ve worked on meta tags and metadata for different product listings. They’re working to improve the loading speed, too. Before working with them, only a few of our pages were ranking on the first page of search results. Now, over 140 phrases are ranking highly that link directly back to my company’s site. We’ve seen a huge increase in the amount of organic traffic our website is seeing, which helps us bring down our marketing budget. I see a direct correlation between what was happening before and our organic traffic now with their work. Every month we have a report call with them, which used to be once a week in the beginning. Everything is laid out and easy to understand in layman’s terms. Seeing our revenue increasing is the major highlight of their work. They are another piece of the puzzle and are the right company for us to improve our SEO.
