Radd Interactive provided digital marketing services for a pet retail company. They managed the partner\'s copy, handling PPC and SEO efforts as well as refined terms and keywords. We appreciated the timeliness and accuracy of the work completed. We didn’t have to go back and rehash things. Radd Interactive was very thorough about looking at our design. It’s clear they’re knowledgeable about how layouts and UI/UX affects SEO. This was great because we were relaunching our website so they gave us feedback about that. Their team was great about following up on every detail we asked about because there are so many small things that might seem less important. Radd Interactive was communicative and responsive. We communicated through email and held regular meetings. Radd Interactive was great. They didn’t drop the ball on the smaller details. An online fitness equipment and medical supply retailer partnered with Radd Interactive to manage their PPC accounts. The goal was to increase sales, optimize their investments, and improve ROI. I’m the owner of Unique Fitness Concepts and Unique Medical Supply. We sell fitness equipment and medical supplies on their respective sites and through a third-party sales channel. They initially provided SEO services for us, focusing on PPC account management for both businesses. They primarily work with Google Ads and Bing. They exceed expectations regarding our goals. The increase in ROI in particular stands out. They do project management extremely well. We have monthly meetings to discuss the account, review results, goals, accomplishments, campaigns, and more. The team always follows through on what they say they’ll do and are similarly always available and responsive to quickly resolve any issues that arise. They perform consistently, often going beyond our expectations, in accommodating any requests we make.

The more people who come to our website, the better. We wanted to find these people organically to reduce our PPC and social media ad spend. We hired Radd Interactive to supplement our marketing strategy by running SEO efforts for our website. They started by having bots crawl our website and made changes to different landing pages. They ensured no 404 errors appeared. Their team also works on editing the wording on our site, checking that it’s relevant for our products and that it would rank properly on Google. They’ve worked on meta tags and metadata for different product listings. They’re working to improve the loading speed, too. Before working with them, only a few of our pages were ranking on the first page of search results. Now, over 140 phrases are ranking highly that link directly back to my company’s site. We’ve seen a huge increase in the amount of organic traffic our website is seeing, which helps us bring down our marketing budget. I see a direct correlation between what was happening before and our organic traffic now with their work. Every month we have a report call with them, which used to be once a week in the beginning. Everything is laid out and easy to understand in layman’s terms. Seeing our revenue increasing is the major highlight of their work. They are another piece of the puzzle and are the right company for us to improve our SEO.

Radd Interactive makes sure that our content’s finely tuned to obtain as many page one lists as possible for our products. Their team also does some of the site work. We keep close tabs on the number of page one listings that our products achieve as well as our organic results. All of those results improved consistently, if not significantly, virtually every quarter and year over year. We’ve had no backsliding in results. Radd Interactive meets their commitments. We don’t have to micromanage them in any way because their team’s on top of it. We look at the pages they\'re working on weekly because their team does what they say that they’re going to do. Radd Interactive\'s excellent. Radd Interactive’s responsive and in tune with our competitive market. Their team does their homework to see what our competitors are doing with their listings.

Radd helps us with Search Engine Optimization, Competitive Analysis, and Channel growth strategies. We were referred to Radd. We had used several outside marketing companies in the past for various reasons, and they have by far provided the greatest return on investment. We have consistently increase the moved products from page 2-5 of search results to page 1 for relevant keyterms. This has increased our organic traffic and provided a steady flow of new customers for our business. It\'s been incredibly pleasant working with Radd. They are both responsive to requests and clear and concise with their reports and recommendations. You can definitely tell that they are a very knowledgeable team. Even when presented with questions outside of the scope of our project they do not hesitate to provide their expert opinions based on prior experience. They are always professional, willing to go the extra mile, and focused on the metrics that matter.

We began our engagement with Radd Interactive with launching SEO and PPC campaigns. From there, we continued our partnership, focusing on keeping us visible on the web and driving leads. Google is our marketplace, so it’s important for us to be recognized as an authority there, so we can reach people and educate them on supplemental dehumidification. From a growth standpoint, we’ve seen pretty remarkable improvement since the launch of their campaigns. Internally, Radd Interactive has been very helpful in providing our team with strategies we can implement on our own to continue our success. That collaboration has been a really integral part of our growth as a company. As a niche product, we can’t run typical campaigns. The team has done a great job of understanding our values, mission, and marketplace to create something really specific and applicable. They perform really well. The team is always accessible and available, and they even give us action items to help improve our performance. They’re actively working on the project at all times, often to the point that they’re ahead of us in our timeline. It’s been great working with them. They’re on the West Coast, while we’re on the East Coast, so most of our conversation takes place over the phone with screen-sharing. Radd Interactive treats us as though we’re the only company they work with. The team is just as invested in our project as we are internally, which has been very valuable. They’re experts in their field.

Radd Interactive is providing full services. They’re reviewing our products and comparing them to keywords and phrases that people use to search for products that we sell. They then position those words directly in our ERP system. That’ll help us be found and eventually reach the first page of Google searches. I have a single point of contact who has a whole team behind him. I haven’t interacted with that team, though. We have meetings every month to review the previous month’s performance. It includes a bar chart that shows the number of first page rankings we’ve achieved for our keywords and phrases. That metric has climbed every single month for 30 months since we started working together. It’s never declined or plateaued. On the paid ads, it’s more variable because of the products, competition, and time of year, but it’s still growing nicely. They’ve been exceptional. Other than our monthly meetings, we communicate by email and occasionally by phone. Other firms are very small with only 1–3 people, but Radd Interactive is large with a dedicated building and full teams working for them. That gives them some depth. They also have their own proprietary software to assist with keyword research and other SEO tasks. The combination of automated software and people working has made for excellent performance. Their performance is the biggest thing for me, and they haven’t disappointed.

Radd Interactive provided SEO and PPC services for a horse barn and stable company. The team strategized and chose target keywords and runs paid campaigns. Work has been very successful. We started in 2015 with 199 keywords ranking on Page 1 of SERP. As of 12/2019 we now have over 7900. 2019 was our best sales year ever. No doubt, the efforts of Radd Interactive contributed to that success. Workflow was very effective. Monthly conference calls with our rep to report on account status were educational and provided opportunity to make strategic changes and reallocate PPC ad spend as needed. Email requests for (ongoing) SEO editing to blog posts and new/revised web pages were responded to quickly and facilitated consistent and ongoing growth of 1st page rankings. When we were first in business we had no trouble selling extensions because there was very little competition. After several years the competition increased and sales started to decline. This is where Radd came into the picture. Radd has increased my web presence over 1000% which means many new customers and old customers finding us again. They work on on our SEO, Key Words so we show up on the first page on google. No need to buy Google Ads! The improvement in the business has been excellent. If we had not hired Radd I think we would possible be out of business in the next few years. Now I am not worried a bit. Jerome\'s hired Radd Interactive to drive more organic traffic to jeromes.com Each month, Radd Interactive conducted in-depth keyword research and provided keyword recommendations based on their research. Radd sent us a new keyword portfolio each month to optimize the SEO on multiple product pages. In 2019, Jerome\'s saw hundreds of thousands of dollars in increased revenue from organic traffic compared to the year before. The workflow is highly effective.
