Radd Interactive managed a PPC campaign for an agricultural parts company. They also researched keywords to improve the site’s SEO. We hired Radd to consistently outperform our competitor\'s organically. After seeing our competitors enter the paid arena, we saw the advantage of keeping PPC and SEO under one roof. Their team communicates consistently. We have report calls monthly but know that we can reach out and have a resource at any point in time. In PPC, they started from scratch and built out the entire account structure. While both collaborate, we have two teams of analyst; one for PPC and one for SEO. They both communicate to us through a single account manager. We have been working with Alex and Radd Interactive since 2015 and have seen impressive results in SEO. Because of our continued SEO success, we added paid and have seen at least 9:1 return on a monthly basis(the most recent numbers are showing 12:1). Alex, now the Director, has been our account manager since day one. He is prompt and continually offers solutions to better our site. I find it incredible that their team continues to improve and push the envelope. I don’t know the in and outs of their secret sauce but I do know that it works.

Radd Interactive handles the keyword tracking and SEO efforts for a supply chain management company. They assisted in the successful migration of the site’s backend management system. Radd Interactive handled our website’s keyword tracking. Every month, or as needed, they’d adjust the right keywords to bring traffic to our site. Their team looked through our site’s content and generated keywords and made SEO efforts. We post consistent blogs and they piggybacked off our content to ensure the SEO was correctly tailored. We had a huge website migration from using WordPress to Webflow. That included over 350 blogs and tons of other pages. Radd Interactive handled our migration 100% successfully. Traffic to our site has been increasing yearly. Raymond provides insight into how our Google Analytics metrics have increased. We’ve seen consistently positive results, and the growth has been great. With the migration project, we were worried that our SEO would take a hit, but it ended up running very smoothly—production wasn\'t affected. We’re very thankful for that. They are consistent when it comes to meetings. In terms of tasks, their team always delivers on time. Radd Interactive’s handling of projects is always clear and concise. Their team provides Google Analytics reports as needed, and the reports are succinct. They\'re a great partner, there’re no disappointments. I’m most impressed with their industry knowledge about SEO and trends. They know not to only follow trends, but to think outside the box. Their team is very knowledgeable, and I look to them as thought leaders. They know what they’re talking about, and how to implement those thoughts and actions.

Radd Interactive provided SEO services for a safety equipment company. The team looked over the client\'s historical rankings, then formulated and implemented a strategy. We had experienced a tremendous loss in business due to a combination of issues that took place 12 months prior. We “upgraded” our website and 2 months after going live with the upgrade, Google made a major algorithm change that exposed the fact that the developer who had done the upgrade did not use best practices. After a disastrous website upgrade/migration experience done by an incompetent site developer our rankings with all the search engines went from a very strong position, after 15 years of being in business and ranking on page one for most of those 15 years, to not showing up on the radar at all. The challenge before us was to first figure out what happened and why, then to find an agency with the technical skills to get us back on top. We worked with 3 different agencies over the next 12 months after the upgrade and each said they could help us, but none of them could improve our situation at all. We were ranking on page 6-10 on various key terms, and now we are ranking on page 1. Many keywords that we ranked in the top 1-3 positions on page 1 for many years have been pushed to page 2 or further back, we realize it will take time to recover. There has been a dramatic increase in the number of online quote requests, orders and phone calls as a result of visitors to the site. Traffic to our site has increased overall. There has also been a lot more engagement with our blogs and an increase in the number of our social media followers, as we have taken their advice to focus on improving our content and doing it in-house as apposed to paying someone to do it for us. Incredible! They are amazingly responsive when replying to emails or returning calls and never waste your time when you interact with them during monthly phone meetings. And they have a knack for putting technical issues into laymen terms. They have done what they said they were going to do! What a novel idea, eh? After 15 years of dealing with multiple agencies in this SEO & PPC arena and most recently in the last 12-16 months dealing with agencies that knew the current challenges we were dealing with but could not make a difference for us. What a HUGE disappointment and a HUGE amount of time and money wasted. FINALLY, a company that can deliver results! They do what they say they are going to do.

Radd Interactive oversees a flag retailer\'s SEO strategy and execution, focusing on getting specific web pages to rank higher for search terms. We hired Radd to help with our on-site SEO to improve generic search rankings. Radd has spent time optimizing multiple sections of the individual pages on our website to attempt to rank higher for select search terms. Radd has added additional first page listings for our company to a number of search terms. We are working now to improve rankings on more relevant, higher volume and more critical search terms. Radd has been extremely easy to work with. Radd is forward-thinking in bringing ideas to me that could potentially enhance the website\'s appearance and results as well as providing other technical consultations as they arise.

Radd was vetted and recommended to us by another company and they’ve been with us every step of the way, fighting Google’s constant adjustments in the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing. Stability through these fluctuations has been our main concern since in the past we’ve taken large hits from Algorithm updates. Radd has a team of analysts, a strategist and an account manager to look after our account As a direct result of Radd’s efforts, we’ve seen continued 1st-page growth. Despite some general website struggles, independent from Radd’s team, we’ve still been able to maintain our SEO presence. We are currently going through a site migration and having Radd’s years of knowledge has only added to their value. I’ve had a single account manager throughout the length of the campaign who communicates daily with Radd’s analyst team. Radd continues to grow with the ever-changing industry. There’s something to be said for the stability that they’ve brought our company. In my daily tasks, one of the few things that are consistent is Radd’s work and communication.
