Custom API Application for Fashion Marketplace

They were the perfect partner for me. Thanks to 9thCO Inc.’s work, all of the end customers’ transactions are now accurate, eradicating mistaken purchases of sold-out inventory. The team was timely and cost-effective and had excellent communication through Outlook and video calls. Their patience and consistent follow-ups stood out. Our primary metric for 9thCO Inc.'s success is our customers' satisfaction. Before working with them, we had many cases where customers were buying products that were no longer available for various reasons. Now, all of our customers' orders are accurate to inventory. Therefore, 9thCO Inc. delivered everything we needed. They met deadlines and stayed within the budget. The team told me the project would take about eight weeks, and they were right on the nose. 9thCO Inc. was also cost-effective. They gave us different quotes and options for how to build the product and suggested the most cost-efficient one. After further discussion, we went with the smaller solution. However, the more extensive solution is still an option to work with them in the future. As for communication, many of our exchanges happened through Outlook. We also used video calls. Although technology isn't my area of expertise, their communication was awesome. Justin was amazing, so whenever something wasn't clear to me, I could call him, and he'd walk me through things or get me the information I needed. I'm very busy and sometimes not good at following up. 9thCO Inc. was very patient, understood my situation, and sent me follow-up emails. Therefore, they were the perfect partner for me.

Best part of the experience?

9thCO Inc. developed a custom API application for a fashion marketplace’s website using React, JavaScript, and AWS. The app syncs the website to distributors’ APIs, updating inventory automatically.

I worked at this agency 7.5 years

I worked at this agency 7.5 years and I can tell you that 9thCO is a real gem for a few main reasons: The office is free of politics and resulting team vibe is great and lets you focus on collaboration knowing your hard work comes back to you in the end (they also promote from within based on merit rather than favourites or seniority, which is great). The 3 owners are themselves experienced businessmen with varied backgrounds but they all have one thing in common: they sincerely want to set everyone up for success. The HR department is well run, making sure only the right people join the team and that everyone has a voice. There is also a bar in the office that is regularly stocked with high quality alcohol. The only downside for me from working at 9thCO is that they raised my expectations of employers in general, and now when I approach other companies I have to be extra careful not to come across as entitled.

I worked at this agency 7.5 years and I can tell you that 9thCO is a real gem for a few main reasons: The office is free of politics and resulting team vibe is great and lets you focus on collaboration knowing your hard work comes back to you in the end (they also promote from within based on merit rather than favourites or seniority, which is great). The 3 owners are themselves experienced businessmen with varied backgrounds but they all have one thing in common: they sincerely want to set everyone up for success. The HR department is well run, making sure only the right people join the team and that everyone has a voice. There is also a bar in the office that is regularly stocked with high quality alcohol. The only downside for me from working at 9thCO is that they raised my expectations of employers in general, and now when I approach other companies I have to be extra careful not to come across as entitled.
