A mental health service provider hired Funnel Boost Media to redesign their website and migrate their site from Squarespace to WordPress. Additionally, the team provided SEO services. The client was pleased with the new site, describing it as remarkable and professional. Funnel Boost Media listened closely to the requirements, enabling them to deliver quality outputs that aligned with the client's vision. What was most impressive about the team was their technical expertise. I am looking for more visitors on my site, referrals and new clients. Funnelboost kept me updated on every part of the project (from the very beginning as far as what kind of websites I like, what colors I want to stick to, etc to inception of the project). They kept me updated when the designer was working on what my site would look like, in addition to any updates or recommendations that they had to make my site look and operate better. They always responded in a timely manner, and I never felt nervous to reach out to them with any questions that I had.

Thanks to Funnel Boost Media’s work, the client’s Google rankings and traffic have improved, and the new site is much better than the original vision. The team delivers ahead of time and provides regular updates. Their congruency in fulfilling their promises sets them apart from other providers. Thanks to Funnel Boost Media’s efforts, our rankings have greatly improved, and we’ve gotten more traffic than usual on our site after only a couple of months. The website has turned out very nice, although we still have to improve the copywriting on our side. The team has made the site much better than what we envisioned. Moreover, they added the live chat function unprompted and have been improving it. Thanks to that feature, if a user visits our website late at night, there’s someone to talk to them immediately. Every time I talk to the Funnel Boost Media team, they have a plan in place. I went into the engagement thinking I’d give them 90 days, and they’ve already surpassed what I was expecting. We’re on or ahead of target to achieve our goals, which has been good. Their project management has surpassed my expectations. They deliver items ahead of time, and they’re really good about letting us know what they’re working on. We’ve had a couple of in-person meetings. The first meeting was introductory, and then we met to load images onto the site because we had a lot of pictures on our phones instead of our laptops.
Any areas they could improve?
The only thing I wish they could do differently is to offer social media management. They’ve gotten away from that to focus more on SEO and web development. Although I understand it’s better to be really good at a few things, I have so much confidence in them that I’d love for them to handle our social media too.
